Refund and Return Policy

We've got your back!

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You can return all items within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please record a video of the outer packaging and products received and send it to our customer care connect@fitscoop.com along with order id under subject: “Product Inspection” within 14 days of receipt of the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund, store credit or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.

Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference from one brand to other etc. products would not be applicable for return. Please consult with the doctor before buying the product

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:

  1. Damages due to misuse of product

 

  1. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product

 

  1. Any consumable item which has been used or installed

 

  1. Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers’

 

  1. Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty

 

  1. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

 

 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 working days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
